No SVN data visible in projects and a java.sql.SQLException is thrown Edited

I upgraded from Jira 6.4.14 to 7.0.11 and also upgraded the plugin from7.2.0-jira-6 to 8.5.4 on a test instance. The registered repositories on the add-ons page are showing the index data is updating and keeping in sync with changes in the SVN repos. i.e. the index number shown for projects matches the version in the SVN commit log and the production site.

Individual Jira issue show there SVN data and the subversion browser shows data correctly. I can search for issues using JQL and svn function and get data returned.

However on any project the SVN sumamry data on the project's navigation sidebar says "No commits were found!"

In the catalina log there is an exception when accessing the sidebar.

How do i get the data showing up again?

kintosoft support gave me the solution ...

uninstall the SQL+JQL Driver add-on
reinstall the SQL+JQL Driver add-on
re-enable the subversion ALM add-on
