We have a Servicedesk (Cloud) where there are fields populated by objects from Insight (assigned team). In the servicedesk that field is shown correctly.
As soon as I try to make a report in Confluence (e.g. /jira: project=XXX and resolution = Unresolved AND issuetype = Problem) and I add the column "assigned team" to be shown, the field stays empty.
How can I make the link to Insight to show me the correct information?
