Hi - I raised a Marketplace Support ticket via the Atlassian Ecosystem to get a new Bitbucket Cloud app approved. Anyone know if there is an escalation process to get it looked at?
The ticket has been in "New" status for 4 weeks and I'm not getting any responses when I comment on it - its our first app we've tried to list on the marketplace so just want to check I haven't missed a step.

Unfortunately, 4 weeks is not very long for a AMKTHELP ticket. I'd say it currently takes 6-8 weeks to get app submissions looked at. There's no official escalation path. You could try posting on https://community.developer.atlassian.com which is a forum for app developers.
