Need help migrating Sprint Information

Over the weekend we migrated data from a 7.3 Jira standalone system to a Jira 7.10 standalone system using Configuration Manager and csv.  Everything looks great except the Sprint data didn't seem to come over and is all goofed up.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to retrieve/fix the Sprint data?

Thanks in advance

Hello, @Diane Burns .

May I know if you were able to eventually migrate the data using CMJ properly or was the sprint data is still not appearing correctly?

  • Did you run the Integrity Check prior to the migration and if yes, were you able to fix any issues/errors that appear there?
  • I noticed that you were migrating to a higher version? Can I check if you are still facing the same problem when you attempted to migrate to the same version (7.3) before upgrading the target instance to 7.10?
  • When you mentioned that the sprint data got all goofed up, can you explain a little bit more on that? Were they not displaying at all or was the information incorrect?

Happy to help if you are still hitting roadblocks on this one. Thanks.
