NPE trying to change Fix Version(s)

When I try to edit the Fix Version(s) of an issue (that has none, and for which I add one fix version), I get a 500 error, and this in my logs:

java.lang.NullPointerException

at com.atlassian.jira.web.dispatcher.JiraWebworkActionDispatcher.service(JiraWebworkActionDispatcher.java:153)
