My team is using WBS Gantt-chart and want to generate classic waterfall type of reports

We are currently using WSB Gantt-Chart to visualize the projects within Jira; however, there are no reporting capabilities to show project/portfolio status and report to executive leadership team.  Is there a good reporting tool that complements WBS Gantt-Chart?

To be honest, I don't know WBS Gantt-Chart very well.

If you're looking for a modern and intuitive PPM tool, have a look at Swanly.

What should an executive leadership team report look like?

A high-level RAG status of each project/portfolio? Progress in terms of percentage issues completed? The actual phase/gate of the current project?

Hi Dave,  

WBS Gantt-Chart does a good job of integrating with Jira and presenting the project in Gantt charts in waterfall type of fashion.  

You hit exactly what needs to be reported to the executive leadership team.  RAG and percent complete at the project and portfolio level.

The main concern for us with Jira is we are mostly a waterfall shop, and it is hard to find a tool that reports from waterfall perspective and integrates well with Jira.  Swanly seems to fit more into the agile reporting than waterfall.

RVS app comes close except it only reports at the EPIC level vs the project level.
