My team is getting syncing issues between Test Plan and Defects

I map all the defects with XRAY's. XRAY is mapped with Test Plan,  When I direct to Test Plan metrics, I get a error message/warning sort off saying - 

"Unable to retrieve the resolutions for all the Test Plan linked Defects. The issues without this information will be displayed as Open"

This error does not seem to be an Xray error message.

Nevertheless, it is best to contact Xray Support (http://Xraysupport.getXray.app) to share your configuration so that the support team can investigate further.
