My Timesheets option missing from Temp Dropdown

Hi, I have noticed that I now do not have the option of "My Timesheets" under the Tempo menu at the top. I have the 2 events in the Audit Log that make me think something has been revoked. 

I now do not know how to fix this and the option back. Please help
