When logging in as a customer and trying to click on the Custom Filter link to access the custom filter, it works for some users and not for others and we have no restrictions on. Also, some users that are able to get the page to load get a blank page when then click on Browse for shared reports. I have done the latest update, I have re-indexed our project and still nothing is working. I cannot reproduce in jiradev - there it works fine. Please help?
