Multiple statuses from multiple boards

I'm trying to create some automations for when a status is updated in JIRA.

However, when I go to the automation trigger: it shows every single status ever made by every board. There's a 5 digit number next to the statuses, but I don't know what each one is associated to. (see screenshot)

For example: all my boards have the status "Done" for when a ticket is complete, and there is many "Done" statuses with a 5 digit number next to them, and I'm not sure how to tell which one to select.

Hi Angela - I see multiple ones, too when creating a rule. My experience is that it doesn't matter which I choose because I really only have one Done status in my system. I would select one and see if it doesn't do what you need.

As a reality check, I would got to Settings > Issues > Statuses which will show you the list of all Statuses in your system. Then you can do a quick check to see if there is actually more than one Done status.
