Move to Open when commented rule
Hi there, I have a rule (see below) for moving a request to open when it is commented on. But I want to change it so that it only gets moved to open when the reporter comments on it.
I tried to do it by adding another IF but it doesn't work.
Any ideas what the best way to do this is?

I have not actually tried this so you would want to test it out - but maybe add an Advanced Compare condition like below (the initiator is considered the reporter):
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
