Migrating Test Cases from Xray to Requirements & Test Management (RTM)

Hello,

My company planning to migrate from XRAY to RTM. I'm doing a research now on how we can migrate all the test cases to RTM using the import .csv function.

I'm having a hard time on it, seems like the format of the .csv is a bit different between these 2 plugin.

I am having the same issue. When I export the test case from Xray it does not import directly to RTM. What is the best process to do this export/import?
