Hello,

I'm using 2 email addresses in outlook in the same time. one of them is Office365 (exchange) account, but the 2nd email is a pop3/imap account provided by client. 

I have successfully install the Microsoft 365 for Jira and the add-in is working well with my Office365 (exchange) emails. But I'm unable to use Jira for emails come through my pop3/imap account.

it would be great if I could find a solution to use Jira on both type of emails

Can you help me on this?
