When I change the status of the project to In-progress,
I want to appear message to "Do you want to change the status?"
And I want to change the status only when the "Yes" button is pressed.
How can I implement these features?

Are you using a server or cloud instance ? You would need to add a transition screen to achieve the use-case.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
With server or cloud, all you need to do is associate a screen with each transition.
If a transition has a transition screen, it will pop up that screen whenever someone triggers that transition. Even if that screen has no fields, it will still show, with a "comment" box, and then a "proceed" and "cancel" type buttons, which will work fine as your "yes or no"
