Hi,
We have created an open team in JIRA.
All users can mention this team in ticket, except one user.
He has the same access right as the other users.
The team he wants to mention is open.
How can I resolved this issue ?
Regards,
Hello @Florence Goetz,
Can you please check the below global permission?
Settings --> System --> Global Permissions
Browse users and groups --> View and select users or groups from the user picker, and share issues. Users with this permission can see the names of all users and groups on your site. They can share issues and @mention people on issues.
Thanks,
Anvesh
