When pulling the metadata for a particular app on the Marketplace, I see values for Installs, Downloads, and Users. What are the definitions for each of these values?
I found this community post on Installs, but I need to know how it is counted for Downloads and Users too.
If we look at "Bamboo Command Line Interface (CLI)" for example, it has 251 installs, 28,083 downloads, and 141,521 users (as of 2/12/21). I need help understanding how these numbers are counted. At first I thought installs were how many people have it installed on their computer. But after seeing how big the users count is, I am no longer sure what either of these values mean.
