We have Jira Service Desk Cloud and Insight Cloud.
I want to add approvers to my workflows based on an employee/manager relationship that we have setup in Insight.

However, the screenshots in that documentation just don't reflect what I see.
I'm guessing that this documention is referring to a Server based implementation rather than Cloud?
Please can someone explain how to achieve this using the Cloud versions of the products?
