We can't seem to figure out how to make the offline message appear, and its currently appearing constantly online and accepting new chats even though we have no tech support assistants online.
If you are having the Cloud version of Chat for Jira Service Management, you can check inside your Chat Dashboard to see if there's any other agents being online. As long as there's one agent online, Chat will be showing to customers that there are agents online, and accepting new Chat.
Project admins should be able to make online agents in the list to go offline as well.
