Lotus Notes - File not found

I have this problem in Lotus Notes. I opened the client and when I clicked on Mail it said "File not found". I looked at settings and there was no Server. I put all the server information just like from another client machine and now when I try to connect to it, I get the message: "Server Error: The Server's Domino Directory does not contain any cross certificate capable of authenticating you."

Can someone help please?

Thanks!

If you are facing the same problem then use, guide below or read and learn topics connected with NSF files issues NSF Open File Tool

Hi there, Your NSF files may have got encrypted that is why you may not be able to open it. You can convert your NSF files to PST as this will help in decrypting the files and folder through this Lotus Notes to Outlook Converter. You will also be able to create a backup if this problem occurs.
