Login to jira/bitbucket from VS code extension in isolated network

I work on an isolated (no internet access) network which has it's own Bitbucket and Jira servers.

I was installed the official extension from the vsix file, and got this error message when trying to run 'Atlassian: Settings' command:

command 'atlascode.jira.showJiraIssueSettings' not found

After I installed Red Hat YAML extension this was solved and I got a message that I need to login to jira, but it's open empty Atlassian settings window and I don't know where I can configure the url of my own bitbucket/jira server.
