I did this for my Confluence server instance:
sudo find / -name 'log4j*'
and in the results returned it listed log4j-1.2.17.jar which happens to be the log4j version that has the vulnerability.

Thanks for your reply, I've just been informed this is not an issue for the Cloud version.
