Does anyone have a suggestion for logging the activity of viewing an issue to an issue's activity log? We're moving from another Service Desk which does include this.
Related, but not a requirement, could we use the logged view activity to report on how long it took for an issue to be viewed?
@Ryan Marks - this tool came out a few years after you asked your question, but FYI, Access Log for Jira could help determine who's seen what issues (at least for audit purposes).
