I have some automation that triggers on all comments, and searches for KEY-00000 then links the issue. However, this can cause duplicate links. How can I avoid linking the issue more than once? (But still link if a different issue is mentioned?)
Also, is there a way to "dump" the automation so I can paste it here?
Found within the "If/Else" there is a "Condition" for Related issues, where you can set the Related Issues-> Condition -> None match JQL key = target ticket ID and issueLink = current ticket ID to validate the link doesn't exist.
