Our company is actually testing the Insight Asset management plugin before purchasing it. We are also in the process of perhaps move from JIRA Server to JIRA Cloud.
Here is a uses case we would like to adress
Could you please advise and provide solutions for both JIRA Server and JIRA Cloud if possible of course?
The configuration :
When we create the issue in JIRA Service Desk, we can select either if the issue is linked to Computer1 or Computer2.
We would like to add a custom field in our issue (CF2) that will only show the outbounding references linked to the object we selected in the CF1.
So lets say we selected Computer1 in the CF1, we would like to only see the options CPU1 and RAM1 in the CF2.

This was solved easily on JIRA Server with referenced insight custom field.
Any tips regarding JIRA Cloud?
