@Nguyên Triệu Tài

The message states that your license itself is invalid. Meaning the code.

Are you sure everything was copied over correctly? Including any end quotes/periods/..

Thank you Dirk Ronsmans,

I was copied key from "License - My Atlasian Web page" and pasted to "License key" in Jira Manage Apps.

I sure correctly copied, but system still alert "license is invalid".

Do you have any other idea to resolve my problem?

Well the only thing I can think of is that you are maybe copying from the wrong section on your my atlassian (a license for the jira itself or another plugin).

If not, I'd just reach out to the support of that plugin and have them validate the license and/or provide you with a new one if needed..

Hi Nguyen,

Better to contact Atlassian Billing support directly, as these licenses are managed by them.
