Hi, I was hoping someone had experience with the JIRA Toolkit Plugin field type Last public comment date and JQL. I've created a field so the agents on a specific Service Desk can view the last public comment on a given ticket so they don't lose track of conversations with stakeholders.
Displaying the field on dashboards is working well, but I'm unable to create filters based on that last public comment field which are accurate. For example, the second first filter picture should display two more tickets (see highlighted tickets in second screenshot). For more context, the agents want filter subscriptions so they are notified if they've ignored tickets for too long.
If anyone has any advice in fixing this problem or an alternative solution it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
