Jira on Power Bi won't show all data

I have downloaded Jira Dataset in order to see Jira's data on Power Bi.

I don't really get how does it work because I have a table called Users where I tried to find myself.

I found two values with my name but the "email" field was empty even if in the Atlassian Account it appears.

I also tried to edit my name but I don't see any changes on Power Bi.

Can anyone explain me why or where do I need to make changes?
