In Jira we are using tempo time sheets, a new requirement has come up where we don't want timesheets to be approved that exceed the expected hours of the user. We have set the expected hours of the user in a number of different work load schemes, and set the maximum hours per day as 8 hours. The work load schemes vary as some users are part time and only work 4 hour days and others work 8 hours but only 3 days a week...etc
We need to achieve one of the following:
1. In Tempo Time sheet approval we need a way to ensure that the time sheet approver is never able to approve a timesheet that exceeds the work load scheme assigned to the user.
OR
2. A way that users can not book time on a daily / monthly basis that exceeds there workload scheme.
Appreciate any help or suggestions.
Even we are looking for workaroud for this situation. it will be good if get an solution ASAP
