Hello, Community.
We've integrated with Zendesk and can create tickets from Zendesk in Jira.
Now, I got a question.
I'd like to implement a feature where, when a ticket transitions from in progress or to done in Jira, a tag is automatically added to the corresponding Zendesk ticket. Leaving an internal comment into Zendesk is desired if tagging isn't directly available.
Is this doable?
If you are using the integration provided by Zendesk then that would only be possible it you use automation and a webrequest to Zendesk's API to add the label and internal comment.
