Hello guys with another question. I want to display my sub - tasks or child issues from parent issue in Jira to Salesforce. I have added an issue in Jira for example CASE-7 and a child issue CASE-17 as it is shown on the screenshot.
I want the name and status of the child issue to be displayed in Salesforce in the Jira Issues Component under the sub-tasks filed. I have a child issue on the CASE-7 but there isn't any information there in Salesforce...
Can you tell me what am I doing wrong?
Thanks in advance.
The topic is really relevant, there are a lot of questions related to integration. You can also contact the Salesforce app development Department for technical information
FYI it is not supported yet. I contacted the support team and they made a ticket for new feature - https://ideas.atlassian.servicerocket.com/ideas/SFJ-I-269
If you are interested, please give a vote up so that it can be implemented sooner :)
