I am getting the below error message when trying to integrate Jira with Zendesk. Where do I configure the ticket fields

There seems to be a Field Mapping tab available on the left. Does that not do the job?

@Shilpa Sikotra Taylor the issue comes from improperly set field mapping. Check it out and see if something crashes there.
