Jira User Input Field in Veracode Integration Findings Import

Im trying to integrate veracode with jira. In the Jira User Input field under Veracode Integration -> Findings Import, what should be inputted? When I try to input my full name / email and click the TEST Jira user button a popup appears indicating that its " Not a valid JIRA user. " 

Also how do i know what my username is

I used the user code that you can find in the URL when looking at a user in the manage users list and it worked. 😉

We created a JIRA user account with the permissions to create and modify issues for the JIRA Project that the Veracode integration plug-in would be importing into.
