Jira User Export Market Place App does not work

Hi 

We have installed Jira User Export from Market place in our JSD server instance, but it doesnt seem to be functioning as expected. Wondering if anyone has faced similar issues, the timer just keeps going for ever, it just doesnt do anything.

Appreciate any guidance in this regards.
