Hi folks,
My question is in regards to the automation capabilities of the Jira Service Desk project.
Is there a way to automatically contact a customer multiple times within 3 days, and close the ticket if there's no response?
For example: I have a ticket open waiting for customer reply. After 1 day it automatically sends an email asking for a reply.
If customer does not respond it sends another email after 1 day.
If customer still does not respond, it sends one last email on the last day.
If there is no reply from the customer, the ticket is automatically closed.
Has anyone attempted to do this, or know how (or if) it can be done?
Thanks in advance!
