Jira - Gitlab (standalone) Integration - every commit is reported by the admin user used

I generated a token inside jira (free - cloud) with my user (is the admin) and linked it to gitlab inside gitlab.

Now I see who commited something for a task, but my user is always the reporter.

Could it me a problem, when our team does analysis or somehow?

Is it possible to create a "system" user for linking this two plattforms, which doesn't use 1 license of jira?

Or is there a better solution? I tried to create a group, but it didn't work.
