Jira Cloud is now available for all MURAL members

MURAL’s integration with Jira Cloud, previously only available on Business and Enterprise plans, is now available to all MURAL members, including Free and Team+ plans at no extra cost

We believe in Atlassian’s mantra to create and provide an open ecosystem to all customers. In order to align more closely to that philosophy, we’ve changed how our pricing plans are structured. With this change, we’re excited for every MURAL member to have easy access and connectivity to their Jira Cloud instances so they can continue to leverage the tools they rely on to collaborate. 

When will this change be made available?

As of April 7, 2022, members on Free and Team+ are able to install and utilize the Jira Cloud integration. 

How can members on Free and Team+ connect to a Jira instance?

In order to connect to the Jira Cloud instance, members on Free and Team+ can now select  MURAL for Jira Cloud from the Integrations section of Account Settings. Learn more about how to connect the MURAL App for Jira Cloud.

Do these changes apply to Jira Data Center and Jira Server?

For now, MURAL’s integration with Jira Server and Data Center will remain on Business and Enterprise plans. With that being said, we do see a future state in which all of our integrations with Jira are available to all members regardless of plan. We are currently prioritizing other roadmap features around our broader connection with Jira to make all MURAL + Jira integrations and workflows more flexible and customizable to customer needs.
