Jira Cloud add-in produces an error when setting the Sprint value
Good afternoon. Our project team is actively using the Jira Cloud add-in for Microsoft Teams. When we go to add a new Issue via the add-in to our sprint board and attempt to set the Sprint value, we receive the error: The board does not support sprints
I tested with another board in our organization that also supports sprints and I was able to successfully select the Sprint value. Separately, I tested the Sprint value using the Jira add-in for Outlook and the Jira board in question, and that was working as I expected it to.
Any help on this item would be appreciated as I did not see any relevant information about the sprint field in the add-in documentation. Thank you!
