Jira Automation: [FAILS] Rule when issue created and epic name equals then assign Edited

Hey all,

I have been testing the new JIRA automation functionality and has been a great helper in most cases, but I am stuck on this one.

I am trying to create a simple rule when an issue is created, and IF epic name equals/contains 'xyz', then assign the issue to someone. - This is not working for me.

I tried "If: Epic name equals / contains", tried putting the value of epic name, epic summary, epic number...all didn't work.

I tried "If: Epic is empty" then assign, that worked...

It's just "Epic name equals/contains value" that doesn't work...

Any suggestions?

Thanks!!

The tool has an audit log in every rule, have you checked to see if some error ocurred?

yeah I have, it says conditions not met so rule didn't run.

I suspect this might be a bug?
