Jira API method to fetch data from 3rd party Freshdesk portal

Hello Team,

 

We have Jira intergation with Freshdesk Support portal and we have a requirement where we want to fetch all the Jira tickets linked with Freshdesk Support tickets. 

So can we get Jira API URL/method with which we can fire request to Freshdesk portal and get this required data.
