Dear JQL Tricks support,
we are using the function "hasSubtasks" in a JIRA instance (we have started with the minimal JQL: "issue in hasSubtasks()"), with perfect behaviour, but when we have started using it in the instance of one of our clients, this function doesn't return anything, and there are lots of issues with subtasks.
JQL Tricks version is 5.3.3
JIRA version is 6.1.5
¿What can we check in this instance to be able to use "hasSubtask" function?
Thank you in advance,
Regards
We have the same problem and this problems seems to exist since longer time and i wonder why nobody recognized it. There must be testcases to verify if the functions work to avoid that customers run into this. We have not the time to re-test all plugins for behaving like before. As well i wonder how i can register on the https://j-tricks.atlassian.net When i want to create an account it states my domain is not valid.
Can you please raise a ticket at https://j-tricks.atlassian.net/browse/JQLT with the snippets from atlassian-jira.log file when you are trying out the function?

@IT-Dataforce Can you try again? Not sure why but the sign up was restricted to "no domains"! Please raise a ticket with logs from your JIRA instance when you try the function
