Hi Mohamad, you can just update to the latest 4.4.x version of ictime (4.4.3 at this moment). The 4.4.x branch is compatible from JIRA 6.0 to 6.4.x. Either the UPM of your JIRA instance offers you this version, or you can download it here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/de.iconcept.ictime.jira-ictime/versions. If maintenance for your ictime license has expired, you need to renew before.
