Amir Mustafa September 26, 2012

() () () HI,

we face the issue of “Could not load FunctionProvider class” when users try to click on submit for review after creating a Metadata Change. recently i installed the two following plugins" 484655_jira-suite-utilities-1.2.4 and jira-misc-workflow-extensions-2.5.2" to enable the workflow on our JIRA. as I see in the JIRA production log file that “2012-09-26 21:32:55,124 http-443-1 ERROR u156623 1292x383x1 ehjtke 172.31.178.31 /secure/CommentAssignIssue.jspa [atlassian.jira.workflow.OSWorkflowManager] Caught exception while attempting to perform action 11 from workflow 117981 on issue 'ACCESSAPPS-48'com.opensymphony.workflow.WorkflowException: Could not load FunctionProvider class” .

jira support note the following"

This case is related to a 3rd party plugin, for 3rd party plugins issue you will have to raise it to the vendor of the plugin.

For this plugin vendor information can be found in here : https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/org.swift.jira.cot/version/6/support"

Hey there, Amir.

I noticed that it has been a while since you received any response here. Therefore, I would recommend you to contact the plugin vendor to get your query answered.

Hope this helps and good luck.
