When I do a Instance health check using Configuration Manager by Botronsoft  it keeps saying that the request-channel-type is a custom field and the filter is noted as problem. Its not a blocker but I want to know why. Is anyone else getting this error?

I rebuilt the filter and still get the error alert. was happening in JIRA 8.7.1 and 8.11.1

Hi, @Carla Ann Rowland .

Just want to make sure that we close the loop on this one. May I know if you were eventually able to figure out the reason behind the error?

If you haven't already, please reach out to the Support Team so we can work on this together and understand if it was a bug or something else. Thanks.
