JIRA automation, how to insert issue key and URL to it

In JIRA automation, I am creating a rule that

The rule needs to add a comment that mentions the user. But it does not work as I want. I want the mention of the reporter, not just their name or username.

{{issue.reporter.displayName}} , this writes reporter's full name.

{{issue.reporter}} , this writes reporter's user id in JIRA.

How do I write a mention of reporter so they are notified via JIRA also?

Problem number 2: I want it to send an email and in the email put the issue URL and issue number.

example: Please review {{issue.key}} . this shows "Please review projectA-3432". but projectA-3432 is not a link. How can I make it a link?

PS, I am not getting any email notifications when the thread is updated and I am watching the thread and I have checked my spam folder in my email box.

Something is broken in notification in community. I do not think I have received any notification emails for months.

Hi Nari,

Try this: [~accountid:{{issue.reporter.accountId}}]

That should cause a mention to go to the reporter.

@John Funk thank you for help.

I this: [~accountid:{{issue.reporter.accountId}}]

I see the below in the comment:

If I remove the brackets from my automation  ~accountid:{{issue.reporter.accountId}},  I get just:

As you can see issue.reporter.accountId is my login ID but the ~accountid does nothing.

Maybe try it with the @ in front of it.

I tried that the results was @~accountid:nman
