JIRA | Status Edited

The history collector gives detailed information, which certainly can be useful. However what I’m looking for are bottlenecks/trends, for example: - how many issues are hitting status ‘corrections’ vs how many do not - how many days do issues spend in status ‘in Progress’ and how many days in status ‘Peer Business’ I was not able to spot those bottlenecks/trends via this add-on and pivots in Excel. Especially since it must be repeatable with ‘fresh’ data. A different solution or additional help if this can be done with the history collector is much appreciated!

How can we achieve this through script runner help me with code. TIA

Thanks

Hello,

I think you should use the EasyBi plugin to collect the information.

HI Matveev,

This app is very expensive for our instance, can you suggest similar plugins.

TIA..

If you do not want to pay, you can use any reporting tool, wich is available for you. You can query data from Jira either by sql or rest api. Better by rest api.

Arsenale's Dataplane also does this as a "similar plugin", but it has a cost as well.  EazyBi probably is your best option.
