JIRA Implementation On Premise Infrastructure

Hi Community

I'm planning to implement Jira Products on premise infrastructure, I want to know about the layout and architectures where it can do it. This plan is for a small company (less than 100 users) and starting with Jira Service Management and Jira Software.

I appreciate any comments about that can help me.

Hi @Freyte Navarro (gmail) ,

The below documentation has a lof of information about that.

https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/installing-jira-data-center-938846870.html

I'm assuming you will be going the Datacenter route since Server is going away. Keep in mind that a single node Datacenter deployment is still possible. (it doesn't have to be multiple nodes but you can).

You can install it on multiple architectures (Linux, Windows) with multiple databases behind it (MSSQL, PostgreSQL,.. ) so you can mix and match what you have.

If you have more questions/information about specifics I'm sure we can help you a bit but right now the question might be a bit broad..

If you are really new to it all you can always consider enlisting a Partner to assist you in the early stages. Those you can find locally on https://partnerdirectory.atlassian.com
