JIRA CLI plugin to attach custom field to screen

I have task to create script of JIRA CLI to create custom field and attach it to screen. But the problem in JIRA CLI plugin i don't get the command to do this ?

addCustomField is the action for adding a custom field. However, currently, there is no ability to do operations related to screens sad. JIRA doesn't provide any remote APIs in this area.
