This sounds definietly like a bug or some partial outage of our plugins in OnDemand envrionment. I cannot help you much over here, because I don't have access to most of the OnDemand environments. Please open a ticket under https://support.atlassian.com, support team should be able to tell you what's going on.

Hi, Thanks for the response. I am not sure if this feature is beta but I was referring to csv import.

Anyhow, the frustrating part is that this feature was enabled before the latest update. If I go to manage add-on, and then select JIM plugin, all the modules there are now disabled and I can't enable any of them. Please note I am a system-admin.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It looks like you would like to enable our Beta feature which is JSON Exporter. As far as I know in OnDemand environment only system-administrators are allowed to edit plugin modules in JIRA. The easiest way to have it enabled is to open a ticket under https://support.atlassian.comsaying that you would like to have it enabled on your instance.

Cheers,
