JETI is it possible to send only 1 email when a reporter is mentioned in a comment?

Hi,

It has been configured in Jira (Server), with Email This Issue, that an email is sent to the reporter when a comment (visible on the portal) is added to the issue.

In addition, Jira also sends an email (the Update for) when a user is "mentioned".

When the reporter is mentioned, there are 2 emails send.

Can it be configured that only 1 mail is sent in this situation?
