Since version 8.0.1 in JETI plugin, the NextGen Mail Handler was made available, so I figured to try it out. Even with their documentation, I noticed that many features within the plugin does not perform (even the basic functions like logging) as documented.
Here's an example, I sent an email to my handler, it is in the New section of Incoming Mail Queue, but nothing else is displayed:
Fine, since it says that the errors are logged in Incoming Mail Log section so I went to check it out, but, even after I proceed to check in Incoming Mail Log section, there is no information at all:
Anyone else is having a similar issue?
